The latest game in the flight combat series Ace Combat, Ace Combat 7 is receiving mostly positive reviews from critics. It is currently averaging an 81 out of 100 on review aggregator Open Critic.
IGN’s Mike Epstein says that Ace Combat 7: Unknown Skies “doesn’t do a lot to update its classic arcade-style dogfighting, but it does look great, and its gameplay holds up for the most part.” Eurogamer writes that Ace Combat “makes a glorious return in this heart-pumpingly exciting game.”
