Sega’s Sakura Wars is discounted to $39.99 on PS4. The deal is for a physical, boxed copy of the game. It normally retails for $59.99.
If you haven’t heard of it, Sakura Wars is a steampunk JRPG set in 1940s Tokyo. The series debuted on the Sega Saturn in 1996 and grew into a successful Japanese franchise with sequels, spin-offs, anime, and manga.

As reported at Game Freaks 365, the launch edition of Sakura Wars includes extras. You get a reversible cover featuring the original Japanese cover art for the game, along with a sticker set featuring the main cast.
It’s also worth noting that the game features Japanese voice acting with subtitles in English, German, French, and Spanish.
